With respect to design or initial planning, we can do as little or as much as you like – we are happy to work with consultants of your choice or build from drawings you already have.
We work on a management fee basis. Our management fee is based on either a percentage of construction cost or a monthly fee. Site supervision is a separate cost that is clearly identified in the project budget and ensures a quality build. We believe in full transparency when it comes to project costs. Our efficiency will keep your total costs down.
